| Since 1978 all new homes, additions, alterations and most commercial buildings within California must meet minimum energy efficiency standards contained in Title 24, Part 6 of the California Code of Regulations. Our service provides Title 24 energy compliance reports throughout the entire state of California. After reviewing your proposed building design we perform an energy calculation to demonstrate compliance with the standards. Finally, using our state-certified software, we generate a complete Title 24 energy report including the CF-1R and MF-1R forms. Your Title 24 energy report is the required energy documentation you need in order to receive your building permit, and verifies your building project complies with California's Title 24 building energy standards. |
